TECHNICAL ADVISORIES
We continue to enhance TREDIS to support our customers. Here are the latest updates:
- Grant Reviewer Account: TREDIS feature enables reviewers to see and review simulations.
- Cost Categories: New cost categories have been added for capital and operations.
- Import Spreadsheet: Import spreadsheet template can now accommodate the new cost categories.
- Trip Balancing: Trip balancing can now be managed at multiple summary levels, without resetting project results.
- Transit Accounting: The relationship between transit operations and economic impacts has been clarified. Increased vehicle operations are now inputs on the travel screen, which do not result in changes to economic impacts.
- TNC: The Autonomous Vehicles TNC mode reflects the provision of travel services by fleets of autonomous vehicles.
- Charge Accounting: TREDIS now accounts for money collected by the government, transit agencies, or facility operators differently than out-of-pocket costs to drivers, such as fuel purchases and maintenance costs.
