Thoughts with Mr. Watts
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. - Proverbs 3:5-6
St. Catharine School Families:

As I have the opportunity to visit classrooms and witness the learning that is happening throughout our building, I am amazed at the dedication from our teachers and the effort from our students. Regardless of the situation, our students are fostering a love of learning in a safe and welcoming environment.

One of the goals for St. Catharine School this year is to transition to a Tier I instructional model at a time when it is safe to do so with the resources we have. We are working closely with the Diocese of Columbus in conjunction with Franklin County Public Health and Columbus Public Health to explore options of how to safely transition to full-day learning and the optimal time to do so.

We are collaborating to assess risks, develop possible timelines, plan any necessary logistics, and analyze potential learning outcomes. We will communicate any changes or updates promptly.

Our school and parish is so alive during this season of Lent. With simultaneous consecrations to Mary and Joseph happening, Stations of the Cross, ADORE, Eucharistic Adoration, and our Lenten Retreat; prayer has become even more prevalent during this time. On that note, if there is anything you ever need prayers for, please contact me directly at mwatts1@cdeducation.org so I can pray for you.

Yours in Christ,

Mark Watts
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
- Jeremiah 29:11
Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved. - Psalm 55:22
