The Healthy Native Youth collective has been busy this past year! We would like to reflect on our efforts in this month’s issue and share some opportunities as our stocking stuffers!

Native It’s Your Game 2.0
|
|
Native It’s Your Game is a free, flexible, web-based HIV, STI, and pregnancy prevention curriculum that is factual, informative, and inclusive for middle school Native youth. The evidence-based program contains updates which includes new facilitator resources, upgraded software, and modernized graphics.

Native Students Together Against Negative Decisions (STAND) 2.0
|
|
Native STAND 2.0 is a free, evidence-based comprehensive sexual health curriculum for Native high school students that focuses on life goals, communication, healthy relationships, sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS, and teen pregnancy prevention, while also covering drug and alcohol misuse, suicide, and dating violence. The latest update includes streamlined number of 50-minute lessons plus adjustments for medical accuracy, being trauma informed and Two Spirit and LGBTQ+ inclusion.
