Your Bell Canyon Community Services District is sponsoring the event with Waste Management. The County of Ventura will provide a supervised work crew to assist residents unload their vehicles and trucks.
Electronic Waste and Documents Shredding services are not included in this event. Save those items for the Spring Cleanup.
Drop off yard waste, construction debris and bulky items at the Community Center parking lot.
Yard Waste and Residential Construction Debris
Please bag leaves and grass. Place dirt, sand, bricks, concrete chunks etc., into buckets or containers – the crew cannot shovel loose materials out of truck beds or trailers. Your reusable containers will be returned to you after they are emptied!
Paint, solvents, household cleaners, pool chemicals, antifreeze, motor oil and oil filters, fluorescent light tubes, pesticides, household and automotive batteries, CFLs, medications (no controlled substances).
UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS:
Sharps (needles) or other infectious waste, ammunition, fireworks, explosives, tires, smoke alarms and detectors or radioactive waste.
Please do not leave paint, furniture, motor oil or other items in the parking lot prior to the event.
