MAS COVID Vaccine Clinic
Thursday, December 16th 
9:30am to 12:00pm

  • Pfizer vaccine for anyone 5 years and older (2 shots)
  • Johnson and Johnson vaccine (one shot)
  • Booster shots
  • Flu shots.

Parents DO NOT need to be present--permission slips will be sent on Monday Dec 13th. Parents are welcome to attend to assist younger children. ALL family members of MAS students are welcome to attend. Pre-registration is preferred for adults (vaccinate.wi.gov), but this is a walk in clinic.
Emails were sent on Friday 11/5/21 for each student with their Student ID needed for purchase. Please check there first!

COVID Precautions: Please DO NOT send your child(ren) to school if you are waiting on COVID test results due to symptoms or possible exposure. Wait for the negative test results.

COVID Cases: All positive cases and quarantines are documented on the Parent tab of our website. Parents are ONLY alerted of cases where there is CLOSE CONTACT (less than six feet for more than 15 minutes). Otherwise, you will not be alerted. We are using our process and quarantining any positive cases or close contacts as our policy states.

Masks REQUIRED on busses: Please send your scholar to the bus with a mask. They are required to wear a mask for the entire ride. Bus drivers will have disposable masks for emergencies.
HIGH SCHOOL CELL PHONE POLICY
Cell phones are not to be used during school hours.
ο»ΏAt the beginning of the school year, every student will be assigned a personal Yondr Pouch, similar to being assigned a textbook.

Building Entrance: As students enter the building
  1. Turn their phone off.
  2. Unlock their empty Yondr Pouch using an Unlocking Base at the Building Entrance(s).
  3. Place their phone inside the pouch, securely close it and store it in their backpack.
  4. Late Arrivals: Students who arrive late will be required to lock their phone up when receiving a tardy slip.
