Be Transformed by Christ. See Transformation for Christ.
Our mission is to know, show, and share the love of Jesus Christ with our community and world.
COVID-19 Scheduling Update
We are continuing to take direction from local leaders and are constantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation.  All activities and events in our church building have been cancelled through April 30, but we will continue to offer online worship services each Sunday. Additionally, the church office is closed to the general public, but our staff is working on-site and remotely depending upon the situation. However, someone is on call to answer the church phone in order to respond to any church or community needs. This may change further, and we will communicate with you as more information is available. We invite you to pray with us during this time as we look forward to the day when all normal activities can resume.
HOLY WEEK AT TABERNACLE
Holy Week at Tabernacle
As you know, Holy Week will look different this year as all of our normal activities in the building have been cancelled. We will have some special content for you in next week’s Tidings to help you mark this very important week in the Christian life. Also, we are still planning to offer an online worship service for Maundy Thursday in addition to Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday so that your family can worship in the midst of our physical separation. We will keep you posted!
Annie Armstrong Offering
Our prayers and gifts to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering provide support for thousands of missionaries. These men and women are planting new churches in unreached communities and meeting needs through compassion ministries. Everyday lives are being impacted and transformed. The needs are great, but the living hope of Christ is greater. The Missions Partnership Council has set a goal of $15,000 for the 2020 Annie Armstrong Easter offering. $7,500 will go for North American Mission Board and $7,500 will go toward purchasing a new van for our mission partners at Club 180 in Cumberland, Kentucky.

Who's Your One Prayer Wall
Over 300 names were submitted on Who's Your One Commitment Sunday. The names have been displayed on our wall outside the worship center. When we return to our normal schedule, our hope is that each time you pass by the wall, you will stop, take out a card and pray for someone's "one." Also, pray for the person who submitted the name. After you are finished, please return the card to the wall. If you would like to add a name, please feel free to do so. Even in this time of uncertainty, it is important to continue to lift up, pray for, and minister to our "ones."
Preschool Registration Dates
Tabernacle Baptist Preschool registration for the 2020-2021 school year is open to the public. Information and forms are available at tabernaclebaptistpreschool.org/registration/ . Completed forms and registration fees should be mailed to the church. For more information, contact Dana Harman .
WAM! Night & Spring Concert
Our children, ages 4-5th grade, will give a presentation and concert that reflect all they have learned in WAM! on Wednesday nights. Come support the next generation as they sing, play instruments, and share about missions. The event has been moved to mid-May with further details to come.
