Implicit Bias CLE Program
The HBA is developing an educational training program to study and address implicit bias in the legal profession and the justice system. A critical element in determining pricing for this important programming is the level of support from leaders in our legal community who are committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within the Houston Bar. Texas attorneys will have the opportunity to vote on eight proposed rule changes that include conflicts of interest in pro bono cases, lawyer advertising, diminished capacity in clients, confidentiality, professional misconduct and other issues.
