Special 4-H Family Newsletter
Announcements: NEW DEADLINES
The Moore County Extension staff hopes each of you are well and are adjusting to this virtual world we are living in as COVID-19 plays out its course.  As you know from Sarah's recent newsletters all forms of 4-H face-to-face youth programming has been cancelled for the summer months. However, the state 4-H office along with county 4-H agents have pulled together and produced online activities for you to engage in over the summer. Take a look at these virtual camps, projects and activities and register for the ones that peak your interests.  The one advantage to these online experiences is that you can participate at you own pace on your schedule.  You aren't tied to a specific week, days, or hours.

In the May issue of the Moore County 4-H newsletter there were a few deadlines due to the 4-H agent by certain dates. However, due the current absence of Sarah Barber, Moore County 4-H Agent, 4-Hers and 4-H leaders who are interested in the upcoming 4-H Photo Contest, 4-H Sate Congress, and any of the Horse Artist Expressions contests need to notify me of your intent to participate in these events.  If anyone has submitted photos to Sarah for the 4-H photo contest, please resubmit them to me, so I can upload them to the contest. Read about the new deadlines below.  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call me at 9190-947-4650 or email me at [email protected].
