Stoney Hollow Farm is a family owned and operated fruit and vegetable farm located here in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina in Robbinsville.
They grow a variety of non-GMO, organically raised, fruits and vegetables. We proudly use these greens and vegetables daily in the Tavern.

Carolina Mountain Trout
Carolina Mountain Trout is fresh and local from Andrews, North Carolina. Known for their rainbow trout that are grown in the clean, pure waters of the western North Carolina mountains. Served daily in the Tapoco Tavern.
