Dear Parents, Early Learning Providers, and Community Advocates,

So many of us are feeling the stress and anxiety from the last few weeks. We've heard from parents struggling with the demands of working from home coupled with caring and educating children. We've heard from families struggling to make ends meet and keep food on the table without a job. And almost everything in between.

It is a stressful and uncertain time.

Yet, we have an important role as parents. We must keep going. To do that, we could all use a little self-care right now. With that in mind, we are inviting you to a one-of-a-kind webinar. Join Mental Health Expert, Eric Mundt, as he shares practical things we can all do from home to reduce anxiety and focus on well-being, and strategies to overall improve our mental health during this pandemic.

Mental Health Expert, Eric Mundt, will guide us through this challenging time with tips, tricks, and signs to look out for in loved ones. He will also share helpful information on how to talk to your kids about the virus. We hope you will join this virtual event with fellow parents and families.

When the Webinar begins, you will be connected to audio using your computer's microphone and speaker.


How to Ask Questions During the Webinar 

1.  Click the Chat icon in the top toolbar.
2.  Use the "Send to" drop-down menu to select the recipients of the message.
  • Everyone – All participants will see the message in their Chat pane.
  • Organizer(s) only – All organizers will see the message in their Chat pane.
  • Individual attendee – Only the selected organizer or attendee will receive the private message.
3.Type your message in the text field, then click  Send.
