We are taking care of current residents and doing very limited new move-ins. We do, however, have a few partially furnished apartments that we can offer to Chamber members who need to move quickly. Only independent living. We can offer $500 off the rent in May, June and July if they start a lease by April 24. They can move in to the partially furnished for now and when this is over, they can move in their own furniture to the permanent apartment.

In an effort to give back and assist clients many carriers are suspending cancellations and waiving late fees for clients who may have fallen on hard times due to Covid19. If you are in need of assistance please call your agent or carrier directly to determine what assistance is available to you. Several auto carriers are doing discounts or refunds on insurance premiums as vehicles are not seeing the same usage as in the past. Safeco, Mercury and Gieco announced discounts or refunds of 15%, Nationwide announced $50 refunds to its policyholders. We may look for other carriers to follow suit. Homeowner Insurance carriers are waving or putting off home inspections on residences in some cases. Please don’t let your insurance coverage lapse when there is an offer of help. If you have found yourself without coverage please give us a call. A loss without coverage would be an unneeded added hardship to an already difficult time. Brightway Insurance is here to help, we are in this together.
