National Association of REALTORS® Convention
Longleaf Pine REALTORS® are representing our community at the National Association of REALTORS® Conference from November 12th through the 15th, 2021 in San Diego, California. Pictured above is (from left to right Mark Zimmerman, Kim Dawson, Andrea Bushnell, Wendy Harris, Amanda Smith, and Phillip Johnson). Why attend the NAR® Convention next year you ask? NAR® says it best when they state, "Harness the new normal and optimize new opportunities by attending NAR’s 2021 REALTORS® Conference & Expo. You’ll learn about what’s new and next in real estate and what to incorporate into your business to optimize your investment, serve your community, build your book, and boost your bottom line.

Your conference experience includes learning and networking sessions where you can easily engage session leaders and connect with like-minded attendees about issues that are relevant to you. Share your goals, ask questions, and share real solutions with your peers."

This is great leadership and engagement opportunity for you as a REALTOR®. Keep your
eyes open for next year's exciting opportunities as well. NAR® has begun a Conference Year-Round site for all the educational opportunities you can find as a member. Click here to visit the site.

Donate Toys for Tots this year at the Office
This year’s annual campaign begins on October 1, 2021, and local businesses are instrumental in the success of the Marine Toys for Tots program. It’s a way you can give back to your community and to its less fortunate children. You can support Marine Toys for Tots by donating a new, unwrapped toy at a toy collection site near you, or by helping us with toy collection, sorting, and distribution.
Helping to coordinate special toy raising functions is another way of getting involved.

You can generate or purchase media attention for the program, sponsor a toy raising event, supply an essential service like providing meals for volunteers or transportation to drop off or pick up toys, or simply allow your place of business to be a toy drop off location. Longleaf Pine REALTORS® is one of those drop-off spots. Swing by 2412 Raeford Road with new, unwrapped toys to donate.

The important thing is we are local people helping local families. This is the Christmas mission of your Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots.

Please contact if you, your local organization, or your business is interested in supporting our mission this holiday season at 910-479-4107 or cumberland.county.nc@toysfortots.org.
