SPS Encourages Families to Make Safe Travel Plans
Thank you for your continued efforts to keep our students and school communities healthy and safe. As we approach winter break and a season of family gatherings, it is a good time to remind everyone about the CDC travel guidance.

Unvaccinated Students
If your student is not fully vaccinated, the CDC recommends they quarantine and get tested after out of state travel.
  • Get tested with a viral test 3-5 days after returning from travel.
  • Stay home and self-quarantine for a full 7 days after travel, even if the student tests negative at 3-5 days.
  • If the unvaccinated student doesn’t get tested, stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel.
