Headshot Portraits in the DEM

Thank you to those of you who expressed interest in getting headshots done! We have booked the following dates and times with a photographer.

August 10, 11:00 AM-1:00 PM
September 7, 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

Slots are limited. A separate email will be sent on 8/4 at 12 PM with booking information. Scheduling additional dates is being discussed, so if you miss out on this one, there may be additional opportunities at a later date.

UCSF Research and Academic Building at ZSFG Update Summary - July 2022

A complete recount of building occupants will inform seating assignments.
Furniture mockups will soon be available for viewing.
Construction is on schedule and occupants are expected to move beginning in April 2023.

UCSF COVID-19 Policy Updates

Be vigilant about masking at work, unless you are in a room by yourself. At no time should you be eating or drinking together inside.

Visitors are required to be fully vaccinated. If they are not they will be required to have a negative COVID test before entering any building on the ZSFG campus.

Staff are encouraged to obtain COVID testing if they have any symptoms, exposure or concerns regarding COVID. Staff can obtain COVID testing at the OHS employee testing tent in the parking lot by Avon Breast Center, Monday-Sunday from 6:30am-4:30pm (no appointment required). As UCSF employees, you can also use the Color vending machine in Building 9.

Curtis Austin, an associate professor of history at ASU and Matthew Barr, a professor at UNC - Greensboro are collaborating on an oral history and book project titled "The Unsung Heroes of the Civil Rights Movement."
