While Celeste is fighting off sleep in her room by reading a book on astronomy, she receives an unexpected visit from Moon. Together, they will enjoy a journey through the universe to discover what exoplanets are and how they can be detected. They observe rogue planets, oceanic worlds and super-Earths. Slow flow yoga is a breath-based, mindful movement practice that focuses on our present moment. It is meditation in motion—a mindful flow that invites us to slow down, move with awareness, balance, and grace. A great session both for beginners and those who regularly practice yoga.
