Cyclists enjoy a ride on the Lewis S. Eaton Trail
Dear Friend of the River Parkway Trust,

The Fresno County Council of Governments and Fresno County are currently developing the 2020 Fresno County Regional Trails Plan, which will create recommendations for new trail connections on county-owned land. The River Parkway Trust is participating in the Advisory Group that helps guide the development of the Plan.

The County is seeking public comments and ideas for the plan. To gather input, the County has created an interactive, online map for you to directly share your comments about the places you like to hike, bike, and horseback ride. You can also add information about where you would like to see new connections. Click here for a link to the map.

The County's goal is to gather 200 comments on the map, and you can help. You are encouraged to share at least 3 comments on the map by June 1, 2020.

You can share what you think the regional trails system should look like.
  • Which trails do you use? How do you use them?
  • Where would you like to see new trails?
  • Which trails need improvements?

This is an opportunity for you to make comments about what you would like to see along the Fresno County side of the San Joaquin River Parkway, as well as other trails in the region.

Thanks for your help!
