Dear Friends,

If there ever was a time where “less is more” it’s now. As our journey continues through the COVID-19 pandemic let us hold on to the little things that we can do with great love: simple acts of kindness, prayers for those who have died and are ill from the virus, and moments of humble service to those we encounter near and far. These small signs are amplified when done in a spirit of unity, generosity and humility.

As we enter this month dedicated to the Blessed Mother, may we embrace her directive to “do whatever he (Jesus) tells you” as we walk through this season together. Let us continue not only to find ways to give but also to be blessed with the humility to receive the love of Christ from each other.

Peace and Blessings,

Lori Stanley
Executive Director

P.S. As you scroll through this month’s newsletter I call your attention to a few opportunities we’ve set up that are open to all to engage with us and with each other. We invite you to join in the fellowship and faith-sharing of our “short and sweet” no cost offerings: Examen prayer groups, Finding God in the Dark film series discussions and this month’s Ignatian Morning retreat. We hope they provide some levity and comfort during this challenging time.
