This one hour virtual CLE will focus on common errors in title searches, recorded instruments, and office procedures. Matters such as breaks in the chain of title, notarization errors, corporate suspensions, and missing spousal signatures may be repaired shortly after closing or may mature into full-fledged title claims. Deciding when, where, and how to fix different types of issues will be discussed along with when it might be appropriate to ‘insure over’ the problem. This CLE is open to attorneys and paralegals.
