ATTENTION Teen / Young Moms & Dads:
Registration opens TODAY for the 2020-2021 program year!

If you are not familiar with these programs, they are open to teen/young moms and dads. These programs meet every Monday night during the school year and will be meeting in person or virtually, depending on government orders at that time.  If we meet in person, CDC guidelines for socially distancing will be followed.

The following services are provided FREE to each participant:
  • Mentoring
  • Dinner
  • Child Care
  • Life Skill Workshops
  • Gas Card, if needed
Teen/Young moms who graduate Chosen:
  • 100% Graduate High School / Receive their GED
  • >70% Attend College
  • 100% No Longer Utilize Government Assistance (unless attending college)
  • <3% Repeat Pregnancies

CHOSEN
A program for teen/young moms

Chosen is a mentoring program.  Each teen/young mom is paired with a personal mentor who will help her set and achieve short-term and long-term goals while also learning life skills to help her be the best mom she can be.



Teen / Young Moms who graduate  Chosen :
  • 100% Graduate High School / Receive their GED
  • >70% Attend College
  • 100% No Longer Utilize Government Assistance (unless attending college)
  • <3% Repeat Pregnancies


  


THRIVE
A program for young moms

Thrive is a program for young moms who have graduated Chosen and/or want to grow spiritually as a woman and mother.

This program offers Bible Studies, guest speakers and/or workshops specific to the needs of the group to help the young moms thrive as a woman and mother.

  

IGNITE
A program for dads

Ignite is a program for teen/young dads who want to be encouraged, learn how to be good fathers/providers and lead their families with confidence.

This program offers a safe and trusted environment for teen/young dads to talk about their struggles, fears and/or worries.  Mentoring and workshops are provided to help young dads become the men/fathers they were created to be.
