TIPS FOR YOUR TAP
Save money by turning off your irrigation meter
Homeowners are charged a service charge on every bill for use of their irrigation meter. Unless the homeowner calls Louisville Water and asks us to turn off the irrigation meter when it's off for the season, the meter is considered active and the customer will be billed a service charge. Find out how you can get that meter turned off.
Help us celebrate our birthday!
Louisville Water Tower Park Open Days October 17 & 18

Cheers to 160 years! Celebrate our birthday with a tour of Louisville Water Tower Park. All you have to do is buy a ticket to our Open Day on either Sat., Oct. 17 or Sun., Oct. 18! This timed entry ticket includes a visit to the WaterWorks Museum and a guided tour of our property.

Selfie with a Statue

A special attraction just for this weekend birthday celebration is access to two of the 10 statues that sit atop the original Water Tower. We aren't sure yet which two will be available, but they will be on display in the Original Pumping Station for a once-in-a-lifetime up close viewing opportunity.

Please note that face coverings are required, and social distancing will be enforced at the event.
