RAINBOW MEDITATION
PISCES TIME IS TIME TO MEDITATE
Find a comfortable position, sit quietly while breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Breathe in the colors of the rainbow - Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Turquoise, Blue, Indigo and Violet. Allow rainbow colors to merge with your body. Intend the colors to heal all parts of you. Let the colors you breathe in be light, bubbly and joyful. Allow the colors you breath out, to be darker as you release negativity, problems, worries and whatever is holding you back.
In this colorful state, imagine you are watching yourself being born again surrounded by rainbow light. Allow past problems to be energetically released and washed clean from this new baby.
Now, relax completely in the rainbow light. Send rainbow light into the baby and into the world. Here is the Loving Kindness prayer for yourself and others.

May you be safe.
May you have mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual happiness.
May you be peaceful, calm and loving.
