Your business news & updates
The City of Laguna Niguel is working to support our local businesses during this COVID-19 crisis and beyond. We will provide timely information, resources, programs and updates to help your business thrive!
New Business Enhancement Team Will Enhance Our Community
The new BUSINESS ENHANCMENT TEAM (BET) was created to provide an additional presence in Laguna Niguel commercial and shopping areas. The BET will conduct foot patrols on Friday and Saturday nights to gather information that will help identify nuisances, criminal activity, homelessness issues and any other quality-of-life issues. This proactive approach is the cornerstone of Laguna Niguel Police Services' policing model.

For this model to be successful, a partnership between Police Services, property managers, business owners and their employees is crucial. This collaboration will set the foundation for the most effective policing strategies to be developed to accommodate specific issues and situations. We look forward to working with you in the near future to enhance our communities by helping our businesses thrive. Help keep Laguna Niguel among the 10 safest cities in California!

Incentives for Businesses to Complete Brief City Survey
To ensure we understand the individual needs of each Laguna Niguel business, the impacts of COVID-19, and how we can best serve our business community, the City developed a brief online survey at www.cityoflagunaniguel.org/businesssurvey. Please take a moment to respond to the survey by April 30 and provide us with your contact information so we can offer valuable resources and services to support your needs.

Businesses that complete the survey will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win cash, prizes and be featured by the City. First place raffle winner will receive $250; second place $150; and third place $100. This is in addition to a drawing to win prizes from the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce and the opportunity to be the City's next Featured Business.
