Take this time to relook at your reports in NIHCArewards and resubmit for people that have been erroring out month after month. It's spring cleaning time folks - let's try to use this time to focus on what we CAN do, vs what we can't.
If a member has cancelled from you, change their Member Status to Canceled. If a member is no longer eligible, change their Member Status of Expired. Every month, you should be going into the Reports Tab and looking at your Reimbursement History Report for all your members. This report will show you who was reimbursed, who wasn't reimbursed and why they weren't reimbursed.
Fix and update those errors in the Insurance Information tab and go ahead and take this time to Resubmit for those members. Take this time to clean up these member files.
