Greetings to Our Colleagues in Behavioral Healthcare!
As we publish our June newsletter, we're aware that everyone continues to grapple with the challenges of COVID-19 and how it's impacted your organization.

At the same time, The Joint Commission has announced they are resuming regular survey activity this month. So, we want to keep you updated on that and how the "new normal" will unfold during upcoming surveys.

Our first article covers the details of how TJC plans to start up regular survey activity. Our second article covers the increasing importance of your infection control program in light of COVID-19 and how to be survey-ready for that.

We value your feedback on the newsletter. Please send us your comments and tell us what topics you would like to see in future issues. We look forward to hearing from you! And feel free to  to your colleagues.
