Our vision is a Canada without prejudice and discrimination – a country that celebrates diversity, difference and inclusion. CCDI is proud to share with you its latest initiatives, events and resources dedicated to driving the diversity conversation here in Canada.
June 2020
This session will build on the key principles and attributes of inclusive leadership that were discussed during our spring 2019 Community of Practice events. In this virtual 90-minute session, participants will review key traits of inclusive leaders, and participate in hands-on techniques based on case studies that will help them enhance their leadership skills.

In the spirit of a community of practice, the session will be highly interactive and will include small breakout room discussions in order to share and learn among participants. The event is open to all who aspire to positively influence change towards a more equitable and inclusive workplace. We have created virtual learning for three specific roles/audiences: for leaders, for diversity and inclusion practitioners, and for individual contributors and people managers.

Registration for our virtual Community of Practice¨events will open soon!
