2017 Renewal Information Emailed 12/13/2016



As 2016 comes to a close, it is now time for us to renew contracts for the Heritage Home Program in 2017. Emails were delivered to city officials last week, and included the HHP renewal letter, invoice and an end of year report detailing activity in your community from 1/1/2016 through 12/1/2016.  

We hope that you will continue your participation into the coming year. We need to receive your renewal payment by February 1 st. This will provide us with enough time to prepare the spring mailing to homeowners.

If a city staff member or councilperson did not receive renewal information but would like to, please contact us at hhp@heritagehomeprogram.org and we'll add them to our contact list for future updates and reports.

The HHP Welcomes Third Federal Saving and Loan!

We are delighted to announce that Third Federal Savings and Loan will be launching December 21st, 2016 as a new banking partner. Now residents will have more than once choice of banks through which to apply for a Heritage loan.  Third Federal Savings and Loan is offering the product at a competitive 1.99% interest rate and 15 year term. Check the Heritage Home Program website for a complete list of terms and conditions.
