For Parents
Appearance Code

In our ongoing transitions this school year, we have an additional update as it pertains to our Appearance Code. Students in Weights and Physical Education this year have been able to dress in attire fitting for each of these classes and have been allowed to wear this clothing throughout the school day. In an attempt to return to our traditional Appearance Code, students will need to be in proper Appearance Code throughout the school day. During our current Virtual Week, students have been reminded of this change by their PE/Weights Instructors. Students will be given time to change into the attire needed for their Weights/PE class. Leggings, sweats, and other physical attire will no longer be acceptable during the course of the school day. Please remind your students of this change that begins on Monday, 3/29. We appreciate your support in this slight change.
Check Lunch Balance

Please check your student's lunch account! We have some accounts running low and want to make sure everyone has their lunch money.

Athletics

...they are RIGHT around the corner.

Spring practices officially begin April 3, with contests beginning April 15.

If they've played a sport already this year, please check RMA to be sure they are registered for their spring sport as well. You must register in RMA for each sport.

If you have any questions or problems completing clearance, email jackie.cavilia@bishopmanogue.org.

A Million Dreams- Do You Play an Orchestral String Instrument?

Service
Parent Volunteers Needed for Lunch Duty

Greg in the cafeteria is in need of coverage for breaks!
Remember, the Diocese of Reno has mandatory requirements for volunteering at all Diocesan schools, including Bishop Manogue, and you cannot earn service hours until those requirements have been met. Contact Bonnie Hansen at  bonnie.hansen@bishopmanogue.org  or 775-336-6000 with questions.

Parents will have to enroll in Protecting God's Children through Virtus and stay up to date on monthly bulletins for two years. After two years, you have completed all the necessary bulletins. This transfers over from any of the Diocesan schools. If you are still receiving bulletins after two complete years, contact Elda Juarez at  eldaj@catholicreno.org  to be removed from the update list.
