Character Education, Assemblies), grants for teachers and staff, facility renovations, appreciation events for teachers/staff, etc.

PROFILES IN RESILIENCE
Each week the MES PTA will interview a member of our community with questions specific to these unprecedented times. This week we are visiting with Geena Blackburn, Second Grade teacher at OHES. She has been with MTSD for 6 years and we are pleased to have this time with her!

Geena reaches out to her peers with probably the most endearing and spot-on message for this year, "We’ve done and are continuing to do the impossible….every single day. I am so grateful to be a part of this staff. And if no one has told you lately, I’m proud of you."

Read our entire visit with Geena in her "Profile in Resilience" by clicking here.

If you would like to suggest an individual to be interviewed, please contact us at montymesptanews@gmail.com.
