How to Shift Your Tourism Sales & Marketing Efforts NOW: It's a confusing and scary time to be in tourism. Our country came to a standstill, and since then, we've all been looking for ways to move through the crisis, keep our organizations afloat, and prepare for what's next. Unfortunately, there's been a flood of tone-deaf communications and an overload of monotonous emails from companies who just don't know what to do or say.

Shawna Suckow, CSP, CMP, will share her latest research and case studies from destinations, hotels, and industry organizations who have successfully shifted their communication strategies and risen above the noise. What can you do to stand out, send out appropriate yet effective communications, and keep top-of-mind for when the world re-opens for business? And how can you do it with zero budget and a staff that's all working from home?
  • The webinar is FREE but pre-registration is required and due by Monday, May 11.
  • Shawna Suckow was the keynote speaker at our January CITR meeting if her name sounds familiar to those who attended this meeting.
