Greetings BVC!

Once again our plans change...due to the weather forecast being cold and windy for Sunday, we have decided to meet indoors this Sunday!  We will have three services to help us follow guidance about social distancing.

Here are the details:
  • Services times are CHANGED to 8am, 9:30am and 11am.
  • If you normally attend the 9am service, we'd ask you consider moving to the 1st or 3rd service to try to even out our attendance over all three times.
  • If you'd like a smaller setting, the 1st or 3rd service is recommended.
  • Service will be 1 hour long with a little less singing.
  • We will only use every other pew and ushers will help with seating.
  • Unfortunately, especailly since we are indoors, there will be no childcare, sunday school or youth service.
  • We will have an offering at the end of the service as people exit.
  • We will have hand sanitizer available.
  • We will take communion one family at a time this Sunday at stations at the front of the sanctuary.
  • If you or someone in your family is sick or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home.
  • The bathrooms near the sanctuary and fellowship hall are still under renovation.  The office building bathrooms have been cleaned and are available.
  • If you feel that it is an unwise risk for you or your family to gather with us on Sunday, we completely respect and trust your judgement.
If you can't make it or prefer to continue following 'stay-at-home' advice, the service will still be on Facebook Live at 9:30am.  You can watch on our Facebook page if you have been doing that or you can watch at  www.bearvalleychurch.org/live .  On a mobile device, the facebook app will probably work much better than a mobile browser.

HELP NEEDED
We hope this Sunday you enjoy getting to see some of the renovation that has happened around the church.  There is still a lot of dusting and putting classrooms back together that needs to be done.  There are also various small maintenance tasks.  If you could help this week, please contact Pastor Brandon.

Sunday School Curriculum
The publisher of our Sunday school curriculum has made all the Spring lessons available for download.  Click the picture on the right to view a folder with the class folders listed and the lessons for each week inside.  This week we would be on lesson 11.

Giving 
We so appreciate the faithful, generous giving of BVC even in these uncertain times (uncertain to us...not to our Lord).  You can mail a check in, have your bank send a check through bill pay, or click the picture to be taken to our online giving portal.  ( tutorial for online giving)
