We've said it before, but we'd like to say it again...

 

At Vitalabs, we are extremely grateful for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate these uncertain times together. We are constantly evolving and increasing our efforts to respond to this health crisis in the best ways possible.

 

In response to our unusually prolonged turnaround times, we'd like to share with you our recent protocols to help reduce order delays.

 

We are currently in the process of re-designing interior space to increase our production capacity.  Equipment has been purchased and additional personnel are being hired. Our goal is to have the new spaces, equipment, and personnel ready for production within the next few months. We will grow responsibly to assure we can maintain the same level of quality that you have grown accustomed to receive.

 

We fully understand your concern and want to assure you that we recognize the impact the current production delays are having on our customers. Like always, we are still committed to you and it is our intent to get back to a more reasonable turnaround time as soon as possible.
