Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is coming this fall-beginning November 2! EVV uses technology to record when your caregivers begin and end providing care.
To ensure a smooth EVV transition and maintain timely communication, all caregivers must register an email address with Consumer Direct Care Network Wisconsin.
Registering an email address is easy. Please ask your caregivers to email InfoCDWI@ConsumerDirectCare.com or call 877.785.9991 and share their email address. This is also a great time for caregivers with registered email addresses to confirm the correct email address is on file. We appreciate your help sharing this message with your caregivers.
