SOCIAL MEDIA - Find Your Metrics in FB, YT, IG and Twitter
Advanced
You put in all that work to get your social media sites up and running. So how do you know if what you're doing is working? How do you see which posts and videos really hit the mark? How can you use the online engagement in your reporting so that you can support the funding that you need?

What you want are the metrics!

So we all got together to develop a webinar and a handy resource for you.

This is a collaborative effort that involves four platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter), eight library organizations and five panelists for the live session.

  1. Amanda Schiavulli, Onondaga County Public Library System
  2. Maggie Foster, Liverpool Public Library
  3. Sarah Cunningham, State Library of Oregon
  4. Karrie McLellan, East Greenbush Community Library
  5. Northern Onondaga Public Library (Michelle Metcalf)
  6. Volusia Public Library (Karen Poulsen)
  7. Idaho Commission for Libraries (Annie Gaines)
  8. Central NY Library Resources Council (Rebecca Kluberdanz)

Watch the Tech-Talk webinar on this topic here. See how several different libraries are gathering their metrics. You'll also get plenty of examples, template documents and resources.
