Phase 2 is nearly sold out! Phase 3 construction will begin soon.
There are currently 20 homes completed, with 10 homes under construction.
RIVER GATE TOWNHOMES

The first seven units of the River Gate project are taking shape. Completion of these first units is scheduled for spring.

Coldwell Banker Kamloops Realty will have information on these units when they go on sale in the near future.
SILLARO ESTATES

With pending deals on the last two lots, Sillaro phase 1 and 2 are sold out!

Watch for news on new single-family lots coming soon.
ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
Design for upgrades to the Highway 5/E. Shuswap intersection are proceeding, with construction scheduled to begin late spring.

Tk'emlups te Secwepemc has indicated construction of the roundabout at the entrance to Sun Rivers will proceed this year. This will align the entrance to TteS lands to the south with the Sun Rivers entrance and provide improved traffic flow. More information on the planned improvements will come soon.
STORM WATER DETENTION POND

Construction has started on a storm water detention pond below The Pointe, just above E. Shuswap Rd. This pond will control the rate of flow of storm water leaving the Sun Rivers site. Once complete, the hillside and surrounding area disturbed during construction will be revegetated with natural grasses.
COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS

The Community Association will be working with Tk'emlups te Secwepemc on a number of issues of importance to the Sun Rivers Community. The Community and Intergovernmental Relations Committee will be heading this initiative on behalf of Sun Rivers residents. Resident volunteers are needed to assist in discussions with TteS.

If you would like to volunteer some time, please email your contact information to community@sunrivers.com .
SECURITY CAMERA
The Community's security camera has been installed on Sun Rivers Drive. This camera captures licence plates of vehicles entering and leaving Sun Rivers.
If you see or are the victim of any crime, report the crime to the RCMP by calling 911 or at the detachment located on E. Shuswap Rd. below Sun Rivers.
The RCMP will contact us for a download of the licence plates captured around the time of the crime to aid their search for the offenders.
Remember to always lock your home and vehicles.
PROPERTY UPKEEP
The Guidelines require all home-sites to be kept in "as new" condition. Committee members will be checking the condition of properties noting those in need of maintenance.
If you are planning any changes to the exterior of your home, including repainting or landscape changes, please download, complete and submit the Homesite Alteration Request from mysunrivers.com/forms . Community and neighbourhood approval is required for any planned changes.
RECYCLING
T'kemlups te Secwepemc collect recyling every garbage day.
Please be mindful of what can be recycled.

PARKING
Reminder: All homes must provide on-site parking for all vehicles normally associated with their home, including tenant parking. On-street and designated visitor parking is not for use by residents (occasional use for a hour or two is fine, but please don't abuse this privilege).
If you require the use of on-street parking for a longer period of time or have visitors who will be staying more than 48 hours, please contact the administration office to arrange for parking approval.
Those residing in an adult or townhouse neighbourhood should contact their property manager for parking needs.
