LEGISLATIVE CALL TO ACTION: Public Charter Schools Facilities Funding
The "take action" link below was sent to ICS today by the Indiana Charter School Network, our statewide association. Responding to this takes less than 30 seconds. And it's important.

For the past two years, Indiana's public charter schools have received $750 per pupil for facilities funding, which we remain grateful for, but which is far below that received by traditional public schools. The proposed legislation now being debated in the Indiana Senate calls for an increase for the next two years to $1,250 per student. We need your voice in reaching Indiana senators as they consider this key state budget line item for us and many other public charter schools here in Indiana.

Please feel free to forward this call-to-action to friends, families, and acquaintances who would be willing to advocate for Indiana's public charter schools -- and especially for the children and families we serve -- at this critical moment. Senators are now finalizing the state budget, so this is a matter of urgency. CLICK HERE TO TAKE ACTION.
