VIRUS OUTBREAK LATEST: AP NEWS

MINNEAPOLIS LATEST The Minneapolis police officer seen on video kneeling on the neck of 46-year-old George Floyd has reportedly been taken into custody this afternoon by state authorities. Floyd died in police custody on Monday and that viral video shows the white officer, Derek Chauvin, with his knee on Floyd's neck as the African-American man gasps for air and pleads for the officer to stop. This afternoon, there are also reports Floyd and Chauvin knew each other for years and worked as bouncers at the same nightclub. MORE

DO-OVER SpaceX and NASA will try again tomorrow to send astronauts to the International Space Station. It will mark the first launch of its kind from U.S. soil since 2011. That mission was supposed to happen on Wednesday, but was scrapped at the last minute due to bad weather at Florida's Kennedy Space Center. Tomorrow's liftoff is scheduled for 3:22p.m. ET. Experts say there's a 50/50 chance fickle weather could force another delay. If tomorrow is a bust, reports say the next window is Sunday at 3:00p.m. ET. We will be watching! MORE
