Tuition Assistance Application Now Open & New Deadline In Place
Delone Catholic High School is fortunate to be able to offer tuition assistance through funding from various sources. There are individual benefactors who believe strongly in ensuring that students do not have to choose another school based on financial considerations. A growing number of these donors have established scholarship funds in honor or memory of loved ones or have provided funding to meet a growing need for tuition assistance. The majority of these funds are awarded directly by Delone Catholic High School, while several of them are managed by outside organizations.

The 2020-21 Tuition Assistance Application through FACTS is now available on the DCHS website under Affordability or by clicking here. This application is for all families who wish to apply for tuition assistance.  There is a $35 application fee. Applications and supporting documentation must be submitted online by March 1, 2020. Families may apply after this deadline, however funds are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. For Pennsylvania families, please click here  to view information on the Neumann Scholarship program through the Diocese of Harrisburg. If you have students in other Catholic schools using FACTS Tuition Management, you may apply for assistance for these students, using the same application.

Pennsylvania March for Life
Join us for the first-ever Pennsylvania March for Life next May!  Both sides of the abortion debate agree that the issue is now moving to the states.    Recently, a few states have passed some of the most pro-life laws in the country, while others have sought to legalize abortion up to the very moment of birth.    Pennsylvania is an extremely important state in this regard because we have one of the strongest pro-life histories in the nation, a tradition that is now at risk.    Recognizing this reality, the March for Life is teaming up with the Pennsylvania Catholic Conference and the Pennsylvania Family Institute to host the first-ever  Pennsylvania March for Life  on  Monday, May 18, 2020 .    The March will give pro-life Pennsylvanians the opportunity to pray, march, and lobby their representatives for the legal protection of the unborn.

Details:  Pennsylvania State Capitol, Harrisburg, PA  ● Monday, May 18, 2020  ● 11 am - Rally  ● 12 pm - March for Life.  Please see the website for more details -  PaMarchForLife.org  - or contact Bethany Peck  or Dan Bartkowiak.
SportsLeader Virtue of the Week
One pillar of the SportsLeader program is a weekly virtue that we incorporate into our athletic practices and throughout our school community. Every week, we will share them here to encourage the students to take the virtue into their homes as well!

This week our virtue theme is ACCURACYThe strength to achieve an objective with precision and exactness.  ACCURACY is necessary for everything in life. We need to be ACCURATE in our daily decisions and actions-on and off the playing field if we hope to be successful; sloppy play never wins championships!
