We are pleased to inform you that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency has awarded Duval County funding under the Emergency Food and Shelter National Board (EFSP) Program, Phase 38 in the amount of $354,556. The amount to be allocated to agencies is $347,465.

Local applications were due Friday, January 22nd. The EFSP Application Review Committee is currently reviewing the grant funding applications and will soon determine whether a Local Recipient Organization (LRO) receives an award. More information can be found here.
2021 Point-in-Time (PIT) Count Update
This year's FL-510 2021 Point-in-Time (PIT) Count looked slightly different than previous counts.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our unhoused neighbors, staff, community partners, and stakeholders during COVID-19, we did NOT recruiting volunteers for the PIT at the end of this month. If you are interested in the state of homelessness in our community, we encourage you to visit our website and take a look at the 2020 PIT Report.
Eviction and Foreclosure Moratorium Extension
The federal eviction moratorium has been extended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) through March 2021.
