2020 Upperville Colt & Horse Show Prize List Available Online Now!
Upperville, Va. - February 27, 2020 -The prize list for the 2020 Upperville Colt & Horse Show (UCHS), presented by St. Bride's Farm, is available online now! This year's 167th anniversary event will run Monday, June 1, through Sunday, June 7, at the Grafton and Salem showgrounds. Entries will open on March 23, 2020 and will be accepted by mail and online. Mailed entries must be dated and postmarked, and emailed entries will be sorted by time-stamp.
The Upperville Colt & Horse Show is a FEI-ranked CSI4* event that attracts hundreds of world-class equestrians who compete in disciplines ranging from show jumping, hunters and equitation to local ponies, in-hand breeding, sidesaddle and racing Jack Russell Terriers. In addition to its CSI4* designation, the competition also boasts a Premier/AA and Jumper Rating Six classification with US Equestrian (USEF), the Virginia Horse Shows Association (VHSA) and the Maryland Horse Shows Association (MHSA) and is a World Championship Hunter Rider (WCHR) recognized show.
Mark your calendars and make plans to attend the 167th UCHS! The deadline for entries is May 1. Late entries may be accepted with a $35 late fee charge if stall space is available. General admission as well as parking for this year's event is complimentary! Preferred parking passes will be available for purchase at $50 for the week by mail and online.
The Upperville Colt & Horse Show was founded in 1853 and is the longest running horse show in the United States. Held in picturesque Upperville, Virginia, under the oaks, this iconic seven-day event draws top athletes from across the country to compete in internationally recognized hunter and jumper competition. Featuring an FEI CSI4* rating and a World Championship Hunter Rider designation, this event is an exciting boutique attraction for competitors and spectators alike.
