We LOVE our ATPF Interns & Volunteers! We will be recognizing and highlighting a new intern or volunteer in every e-newsletter - this week we are sending extra love and thanks to ATPF Volunteer Michelle Nguyen! Michelle is a Junior at San Diego State University and began volunteering with ATPF recently after Shelter in Place took effect. Michelle didn't let the quarantine hold her back - she continued to touch base with our team each week to find ways she can continue to help our team serve our kids and familie s to the best of our ability . Thanks to Michelle, our team had more support than ever to transition all our programs to virtual/online platforms. Michelle has volunteered for many different virtual events and has become a very valuable member of our ATPF Intern team.

ATPF Attends Stanford Neurodiversity Project Webinar

Special thanks to Dr. Lawrence Fung and his team at the Stanford University Neurodiversity Project for hosting this monthly webinar yesterday, featuring guest speaker Dr. Janie Hong, Clinical Assistant Professor Dept of Psychology at the University of California at Berkeley. Her topic, "Managing Stress & Anxiety During a Global Pandemic" was very helpful - with more than 145 webinar attendees!
