MARCH 1st is our deadline for submitting all tax information to us for
individuals, trusts, and December year-end C-corporations!

If you miss this deadline, your returns may have to be extended. Please contact your Tax Manager if you have extenuating circumstances or questions.

  • Gather all your income tax documents to send at the same time, such as Forms W-2, 1095 (Health Insurance), 1099-MISC, 1099-INT (Interest), 1099-NEC (Nonemployee Compensation), and 1099-G (Unemployment Compensation and state tax refund). Remember that, like other compensation, unemployment benefits are taxable.
  • Clearly separate business and personal transactions!
  • You should have received your Tax Organizer from our office by now. Even if you don't fill out the entire Organizer, you must fill out the Questionnaire, sign the Engagement Letter, and return both of them to us before we can file your returns.
  • Please submit your information to us securely, using File Exchange on the Portal whenever possible. Here is a document explaining how to submit information to us.
  • Remember to go through all Final Action Items on your portal so you don't miss signing any of the required forms or retrieving vouchers for payments due.
