Our #PinkPajamaParty is May 8th!

I hope you're well and staying safe. Our March newsletter is finally here and full of Pink Pajama Party fundraiser news. You'll want to read to the very end so you don't miss a single detail!

Our People with Purpose fundraiser will be different this year and not just because it's a virtual event.

Pajama parties are FUN...and we definitely need some fun!

In the "before times" only the very daring among us would attend a party in pajamas but this era of lounge wear and virtual events will allow us to do just that!

You'll be able to join from the comfort and safety of your favorite chair or sofa -- or chaise lounge, if you're fancy -- plus you'll receive a fabulous Pink Pajama Party Box (see details below).

Buy your ticket today and when you register, enter to win our door prize! Every $20 entry will support our fundraising goal and you'll be eligible to win a pair of Apple AirPods Pro!

We look forward to having you join the party May 8th for some lighthearted fun for a very important cause: providing post-surgical products and fitting services for under-served breast cancer patients.

#PinkPajamaParty Box
We've had SO much interest in our party boxes! Here's all you need to know:

Your fabulously fun and festive party box will make your Pink Pajama Party experience complete but you must register to receive one.

Every box will include delicious treats and items that will delight your senses: champagne truffles, a pink satin sleep mask, a cocktail (or mocktail) kit and more!

We're dropping party box hints every few days on Facebook and Instagram. Follow us for clues about what's #inthebox!

Note: party boxes will be mailed to registered guests the week of April 19th while supplies last so register early!

Registration is $100 per person and includes one party box, access to our YouTube party on May 8th, and the chance to win an LG 65" Smart TV (more on this below!). The winner will be announced at 8 pm at the end of our party.

Also included? The opportunity to join other HERS friends who are united in their desire to provide breast cancer patients with the products they need and deserve.

Pink Pajama Party Highlights
We'll begin our evening with a warm welcome from friend and supporter Heather Holmes of KTVU FOX 2 followed by special messages from the HERS Team!

Moving on, we'll recognize our HERS Award recipients:



Tammy Ballantyne, BS, RN, OCN of Washington Hospital Healthcare System



You'll hear why and how these remarkable individuals and organizations provide HERS -- Hope, Empowerment, Renewal, Support -- for breast cancer survivors.

Our live auction will feature a gorgeous and intricate handmade afghan by local crafter Lisa Stambaugh, a spa basket featuring a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and a Barefoot Dreams CozyChic throw plus several creative and tantalizing travel and experience packages.

We'll post details about our live auction in the weeks ahead so be on the lookout for future newsletters and social media updates.

Zan Aufderheide of Zan Virtual Auctions will keep our fundraising rolling along with her quick wit and pitch-perfect comic timing, and we'll also hear from a dear patient who will share how HERS has been her "soft place to fall."
