You’re Invited to Virtual Coffee with the Principal on November 19th from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
You are cordially invited to our next “Coffee with the Principal” on Thursday the 19th from 9:00-10:00 AM. Our coffee topic for the first portion of the event will be “School and Home Safety,” and we’ll discuss safety planning and measures we’re employing here on campus, as well as ways in which to stay well during the upcoming Holiday Season. The second half of the coffee will be an opportunity for you to ask questions and offer your thoughts and feedback. To join our coffee, click here at 9:00 am on the 19th, and it will take you to the Teams meeting for the event.

We are looking for photos to fill our Unity Day & Halloween Costume pages. 
If you have any photos of your students wearing orange, holding up their orange hearts or dressed in their Halloween costumes, we would love to include them in the yearbook!

It’s that time of the year again!

Rockwell’s PTA is looking forward to our very first VIRTUAL Heritage Night on December 3rd, 2020! This event has always been a fun filled and educational way to celebrate the cultural diversity of our students and this year will be no different. We are looking for ways to make this yearly tradition another success- virtually. Please reach out if you'd like to help with the event (either hosting a recorded dance lesson, a cooking lesson, or a video sharing something important or significant from your family's country of origin). Stay tuned for additional details, and ways you can volunteer. If you'd be interested in participating, please email Mansi at secretary@normanrockwellpta.org.

Fall 2020 Math Challenge Tournament
The Math Challenge Tournament organized by Ellipsis Academy will be held online this year on Saturday, December 12, 2020. All registered students can start the test anytime between 10am – 5pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). Once students have started the test, they will have one hour to complete it in one sitting. This tournament is open to Grade 1 – 6 students. Students in Grade 1 will be competing at a Grade 2 level.

How to register:
- You can start registering now. Registration will close on Monday, Nov 23rd at 8 pm.
- Our school participates in the MCT School Give Back Program. 15% of the registration fees will be given back to our school’s PTA, if students/parents provide our school’s 3-digit code during registration. Rockwell’s code is 142.

Math Challenge #4 Due by Thursday, November 19th.Math Challenge #4 is now available here. Please feel free to try more questions than the minimum required for your grade level in order to qualify. Grab some friends and family and work on the challenges together! Once your student completes the challenge, email their paper by the due date to mathchallenge@normanrockwellpta.org
The due date for Math Challenge #4 is Thursday, Nov. 19th by 3:20pm.
