Trinity Center Closed Through September 7th

Last week, the Board of Managers made the difficult decision to close Trinity Center through September 7. Ed Hodges, Chair of the Board of Directors, shared this news in a letter found here . Trinity Center's Executive Director, Penn Perry, has since written and distributed a letter, which can be viewed here .

While financial gifts are certainly still welcomed, it's important to note that Trinity Center is receiving support from the wider diocese during this time. The Diocese of East Carolina's Executive Council has committed to covering the fixed expenses and a reduced payroll for Trinity Center while decisions are made about its reopening.
An Update Regarding the Usage of Diocesan House

In compliance with the Governor’s executive orders and Bishop Skirving’s guidelines, Diocesan House will not routinely receive visitors nor host meetings at least through the end of June.

The Threshing Floor: Digital and Embodied Youth Ministry Examined

This upcoming webinar is on offering from Virginia Theological Seminary which will take place at 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 18. In this webinar Ethan Lowery and Tina Boyd will share from their experience in doing youth ministry beyond the church building.
