The Poetry Bomb
This is the 13th year of the Poetry Bomb. And it is moving indoors and on-line this year.

This "poetic act of terrorism" occurs where ever you are at 3:30 in the afternoon. Just post a poem on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter. Let people know that poets and poetry is all around.

A lively, hour plus-long collection of poetry, poetry history, and live interviews hosted by Dave Gecic. We have overcome some technical difficulties and its gonna be a great show. Our guests will be poets, David "Buddha" Hargarten, Christine Swanberg, Jared Smith and Caroline Johnson.. We will talk about books and writing. We will take questions from our Facebook comment feed. Look for us live next Monday and every Monday at 8PM Chicago time. We will end the program with a tribute a fallen poetic comrade Gregory Curry. A little bit of a news show - a little bit of a talk show - and you can expect an amazing evening. Just look for "Dave Gecic is on Facebook live" at 8 PM. There will be a count-down before the event.

A lively, hour plus-long collection of poetry, poetry history, and live interviews hosted by Dave Gecic. Tonight will be a very special night. By special permission of Susan Gray, we will be presenting a live, one-time only broadcast of Northern Lights Productions " Killer Poet". This is the story of JJ Jameson / Norman Porter. Who is in prison now. If you have not heard his story please tune in. Just look for "Dave Gecic is on Facebook live" at 8 PM. There will be a count-down before the event.
