A Message from the President
Hello! Summer has, sadly, wrapped up, but I think we can all agree this was a summer like no other! I hope you all were able to get outside and enjoy the season, if a little closer to home this year.

As we round out the rest of 2020, our Chapter will continue to hold all of our events virtually in our CRAVE content series. We have a robust schedule that we’re constantly updating to ensure CoreNet NE continues to offer our members unparalleled industry insights, opportunities to learn, and virtual networking experiences. While I cannot wait to see you all again in person, I’m so proud of how we’ve managed to stay connected throughout this separation. Please take a look at our upcoming events and check the Chapter website for registration information.

Speaking of which, our Chapter has also collaborated again with the other Eastern Region Chapters for the ERS Great Debate 2020, Part II. Information is below on how to register for this follow-up discussion to Part I held in July. We hope you’ll consider joining this opportunity to connect with our sister Chapters.

It wouldn’t be September without a return to school – and your New England Chapter is working on how we can tap into our collective expertise and resources to help our MANY members whose kids have gone back to some form of virtual school this Fall. Whether it’s sharing your firm’s school-focused advice or connecting with fellow members on their tips, tricks, and hacks, the Chapter is here to support you!

Again, thank you all for your continued support of our Chapter, and fingers crossed that we’re able to see more of each other in 2021!

Supporting Our Students

Kids—and grown-ups!—need as much help as they can get in these weird times of learning partially or entirely at home. Our members are experts on the dynamics of the workplace, and we’d love to hear from you on how that expertise applies to a learning space. Do you or your company have any resources or information to share? We’re looking for anything from insights on how workplace design translates to a home learning space to photos of how you set up your kids’ learning areas. We’ll be hosting these resources on the Chapter website and hope to add to it as we all learn more. Please send your materials to maryelizabeth@fieldsassociates.net.

Register now for a happy hour on Tuesday, October 6th at 4:00 pm to share, connect, and just commiserate over these new challenges we are facing.
Baby Days!

Our heartfelt congratulations go to Kate Johnson and Trish Fields, who BOTH welcomed babies this summer! Parker Shane Johnson was born on July 17th, and Emma Katherine Junie Fields was born on September 8th. Congrats to both families!
