2nd Annual Ruby Jones Conference on Race, Social Justice and Civic Engagement (virtual)
September 30th through October 2nd via Zoom

The goal of this conference is to create an educational environment where students can engage in learning that will raise awareness and promote action-oriented dialogue about racial, cultural and social issues that impact how students experience life on campus, in communities and in society. The keynote speaker for this year's conference is activist, author and professor, Angela Davis!

Participants Needed for a Research Study about the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Students at WCU

Dear Students,
 
Three social work professors, Dr. Deedat, Dr. Radis, and Dr. Wysor Nguema are conducting a study about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on students at West Chester University. We hope to learn from your responses to help with future teaching and needs. We have received approval for our study through the Institutional Review Board and have permission to distribute our survey.
 
If you were enrolled in courses at West Chester University during the Spring 2020 semester, we invite you to participate in our COVID-19 Impacts Survey. Your participation in this survey is anonymous and we will not be able to trace your responses back to you. In addition, if you choose to, you may enter for the chance to win one of five $50 gift cards for your participation once you complete the survey. Winners will be drawn at the beginning of the Fall 2020 semester.
