COVID-19 Updates
Are You Eligible for the COVID Vaccine?
Hopefully, by now, all of our clients and their family members who are ages 60 and older have either received their vaccine(s) or are at least registered for a vaccination.

According to the Commonwealth of MA, individuals 55 years of age and older with one certain medical condition will be able to sign up for and receive the vaccine. Click here to view a list of eligible medical conditions.
In-Home Vaccinations for Homebound Individuals
In-home vaccinations are available to individuals who are not able to leave their home to get to a vaccination site, even with assistance.

These homebound individuals either require an ambulance or the assistance of two people to leave the home or have considerable difficulty and/or require significant support to leave the home for medical appointments.
