Coming up are Class Parent Meetings, retrieving student belongings, Summer Food Program information, and all kinds of important information for the '20 -'21 academic year (think Summer Reading, School Supplies and Dress Code).

Retrieving Upper School Student Belongings (Grades 5-11) , May 19th & 20th
This school year has been one to remember. We appreciate your patience and support. The Upper School campus is providing an opportunity for students to reunite with personal items that remained in the classrooms, desks, and lockers since the virus outbreak. This process will allow you to receive your student's personal items and return school items. Items not picked up will be donated or recycled at an appropriate center.

Moving Ahead: Rising 7th & 8th Grade Parent Meeting, Thursday, May 21st @ 7:00 PM.
This meeting, sponsored by the Guidance Department, is intended to prepare and guide parents and their students through the new expectations, schedule, and curriculum of our rising 7th & 8th (current 6th & 7th grade students) grade scholars.

Congratulations to the 2020 Inductees Aristoi Classical Academy's National Honor Society Chapter! The National Honor Society is an organization that recognizes students who exemplify outstanding scholarship,character, leadership and service. We are proud of our new NHS members and the amazing work they have done to reach these high standards

End of Year Grading Procedures
Grades 5-11
- The final “teaching week” will be the week of May 11 with new content loaded.
- No new content will be loaded the week of May 18 for grading purposes; optional enrichment opportunities may still be provided.
- Last day for students to submit assigned/late work will be Tuesday, May 19.
- Exam grades will be entered as an “E” for exempt.
Seniors
- Final “teaching week” will be the week of May 4
- No new content for Seniors week of May 11 for grading purposes.
- Last day to submit assigned/late work will be Friday, May 15.
- Exam grades will be entered as an “E” for exempt.

When the academic year ends and many school cafeterias close, we know kids still need nutritious meals for an active healthy summer.
You can ensure more students get healthy meals at no cost during the summer months by spreading the word about the Summer Food Service Program.

Immunization Information from Student Care for the '20-'21 Academic Year
If immunizations are required for your student, you must turn in a copy of your student(s) shot record or a notarized Affidavit for Exemption of Immunizations no later than August 17, 2020, the first day of school. Request for an Exemption of Immunizations can be found at
