Dear Parents,

This was by far the best first week of school EVER in the 17 year history of Kids For Kids Academy. Moving students to their fall classes over the summer made for an easy transition to the new school year as many of our families and students were already used to the routine. Our few newcomers settled in nicely as well. I thank my fantastic staff for making all the rest of the magic happen this week. There was so much wonderful learning taking place and I was able to feel the love in all of our classrooms.

I thank all the families who are following our rules and procedures with regard to arrival and pick up times. It has also made for a smooth week. Remember kids in Orange, Purple, and Brown who arrive after 9:00 will need to be dropped off at the main office and walked to class. The same goes for kids in Silver and Gold who arrive after 8:20. For the most part with few exceptions, those students are also arriving at their designated times so thanks for that parents.

Please be aware you will be getting our weekly letters every Friday. Please dedicate 5 minutes a week to read my letter and also that class letter which is equally if not more important. That way you can be abreast of all the things going on in our school and our classrooms. The teachers all work so hard during the week and that letter is a way for them to communicate what your child learned. It is also an opportunity for you to further the learning by discussing it with your child.

Finally, please remember that there is no charge for the Auto Pay feature in Brightwheel. By being on autopay you can ensure that you never pay a late payment fee. Please remember that if you are not, payment is due on the Friday prior to attending. Payments are accepted until 6 pm Monday. Tuesday morning all accounts with a balance will be automatically billed a $25 late fee. If you need help setting up the autopay please don't hesitate to ask.
